1. General provisions
The online shop operating at fetishladyanna.com is run by Bangla Unlimited Karol Otreba, Mickiewicza 23/1, 76-200 Slupsk, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 8392860752, e-mail: fetish.businesswoman@gmail.com (the “Seller”). These Terms set out the rules for placing orders and concluding distance contracts of sale.
2. Adults only (18+)
The site and shop contain content and products intended solely for adults. By placing an order or using the site, the Customer declares that they are at least 18 years old. The Seller may refuse to fulfil an order where there is reasonable doubt as to the Customer’s age.
3. Orders and conclusion of the contract
An order is placed by adding products to the basket, providing your details and confirming the order with an obligation to pay. The contract of sale is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order (by e-mail). All prices are gross prices.
4. Payments
The payment methods available are presented at checkout. The order must be paid at the time it is placed, unless the selected method provides otherwise.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made within Poland and to other countries available in the delivery options. All parcels are sent in discreet packaging, with no markings indicating the contents. Costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Digital products are delivered as a download link once payment has been credited.
6. Withdrawal and complaints
The rules on returns (including the statutory exceptions concerning, among others, hygiene products and digital content) and the complaints procedure are set out in the Returns and Complaints Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Personal data
The rules on processing personal data and the use of cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. Final provisions
Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The Seller may amend these Terms for important reasons; orders placed before an amendment are governed by the version in force at the time the order was placed. These Terms apply from the date of their publication on the site.
This is a translation of the Polish original. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and the Polish version, the Polish version shall prevail.
